Taste the diversity in the Banat dialect
Collected from stories…
Collected from stories, old notebooks, and memories, the traditional Banat recipes that you can savor in the most diverse restaurants in Timișoara will surely make your mouth water.
Closely tied to our culture, each recipe has its own story brought to light, just waiting to be told and… tasted, at least once in a lifetime.
“Taste the Diversity in Banat Dialect” is the title of the project through which the Association for Promoting and Developing Tourism (APDT) in Timiș County, together with the Horetim Employers’ Association and with the support of prof. Marioara Pisat, is delighted to invite you on a tour of regional Banat gastronomy!
It is a premiere journey, designed to let you experience our destination through taste. An experience in which the multicultural richness of the region can both surprise and delight the expectations of any tourist visiting Timiș County.
