Weekend Recommendation by Visit Timiș

Food enthusiasts and lovers of traditional brandy and wines are invited this weekend to Central Park in Buziaș for a new edition of the Paprika Stew, Wine and Brandy Festival!

For two days (October 11–12), visitors will be able to enjoy paprika stew prepared according to traditional recipes, fine wines, and handcrafted brandy.

Culinary demonstrations and a cooking competition will enrich the experience, while the organizers have also prepared interactive activities and special surprises for children.

The highlight of the event will be the Sunday cooking contest, where master chefs and passionate home cooks will compete for the most delicious paprika stew.

The festival will conclude on a festive note, with a Direcția 5 concert on Sunday at 8:00 PM.

The event is organized by the Buziaș City Hall and House of Culture, in partnership with the Association for the Development of the Buziaș Area and the Izvorașul Buziaș Cultural Association.
